After strengthening our team with new five-axis machines and a CAM system, the first series has now gone into production.
We have developed fully self-sufficient DTW injection kits for the F and G models. Tested at international rallies, for example, we were able to bring a 2.4-liter oil flap from 1972 to first place at the renowned Modena Cento Ore in Italy - with driving performance on a par with the RS 2.7, all with an average fuel consumption of 13 to 14 liters. In direct comparison, an original RS 2.7 consumed 20 liters of fuel under the same conditions. These are the moments when we enjoy our work the most!
If required, the entire system can be installed in a minimally invasive manner, completely independently of the on-board electrical system and can be fully retrofitted, as shown in the YouTube example video of the original RS 2.7.
